Manage Your Patient Account

In order to access your account, you will need to click this link button below. It will bring you to Stripe's web page where you will then need to enter the email address associated with your payment account. Stripe will then email you to begin accessing your account.

*Be aware that if you have used other email addresses in the past to pay for things at the clinic, and you enter one of your previously used emails, you will only be brought to a page with charges made that are associated with that email address account and not necessarily your membership account. So, if you don't know which email is associated with your monthly membership account payments, just text us in the clinic's Spruce app. :)
