But What About Privacy???

Let's talk about your privacy for these consults. It is a huge concern for many, and so we have taken every precaution to allow you to be as anonymous as you would like:
-You can use any name you want, we do not need your legal name.
-We do not require your full address/location, we just ask to let us know your general region.
-The communications app that we use for video chats and file exchange uses HIPAA-grade encryption. 
-While we do require proof of age over 18, the document you submit for this can have your name and other identifiers blurred out if you would like to do so. We can also completely delete the file of your ID after viewing it, if requested. 
-We do not enter your health information or any personal identifiers as an official chart into a medical records system. 
-While we do prefer to see the person we are doing the consult for, you can opt to turn your camera off during the appt if you are not comfortable being seen on camera.
